Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the site with the 250 employees. To be compliend with constraints associated with clients, production, budgets and regulations to ensure optimal site performance. Defined the strategies to optimise site activity and performance with the certification IS09001 and 14001.

Managing teams of production, maintenance, quality and scheduling on the VITRE site composed about of 150 employees. Production based on 3x8 week shifts and 2x12 weekend shifts.Workshop of 38 injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 350T with lines of marking laser and ink jet for the marking of animal identification ear tags.
