-Writing sections of the acquisition contract for a fleet of tanker aircraft (structure, flight performance, systems, engine, fuel, air to air refueling, electrical and lighting systems).-Coordinate meeting with the manufacturer (ex: system safety working group).-Planning the mission profile of the fleet for the operational life of the aircraft.-Preliminary scan of service bulletins and airworthiness directives applicable to the fleet.-Obtaining the investigative authority clearance (IAC) accreditation for the fleet.

Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (F-18 Hornet):-Structural analysis of aircraft wings and components.-Inspection plan for structure analysis.-Crack initiation and propagation analysis.-Linear regression.-Suggest modification to structural repair manual (SRM).Aeging Aircraft Program (CT114 Snowbird):-Analysis of aircraft systems & structural potential of failure (hydraulic, air & pressurization, oxygen, fuel, anti-icing, ejection seats, flight controls, fuselage, landing gears, wings, empennage).-Support client with fleet management.-Feasibility analysis for manufacturing of structural parts and system components for aeging aircraft.-Prepared fleet management report and estimate of cost for client.Fleet Management-Manage extraction of data from aircraft strain gauges.-Verify, test and troubleshoot faulty strain gauge.-Update flight hours and stress data of aircraft fleet on company server for the purpose of stress and fatigue analysis.-Produce quaterly and yearly report on fleet usage, providing effective feed back to client on fleet operation and management.MRB stress analyst/Liaison-Analyse and classify defect (minor/major).-Gather data on defect location and criticality.
