Focus on maximizing revenue of LAN domestic routes in Ecuador worth $70 million a year. Re-introduced use of forgotten and previously misused and misaligned software brought an estimated USD1.4 million in additional revenue. The system permits allocating seat availability to different fare classes and introduced an additional criteria of timeframes in order to maximize revenues and contribute to the route margin. Direct contributor to system changes to help identify opportunities based on fluctuating demand.

Responsible for the market analysis of different international and national routes; used KPI´s in conjunction with Revenue Management and Route Economics departments. Innovative and successful promotions, discounts and incentives were channeled through travel agencies and other sales venues. New strategies crafted generated a USD 400K revenue above budget expectations.

In charge of inventory control, scheduling and management of Smith Bits used in oil drilling rigs stationed in the Amazonian region. Obtained a highly competitive IASTE scholarship, International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience Scholarship, for engineering research. Contributed to research efforts designed to identify how high impact frequencies affect rubber by using simulation software ANSYS and the design of mechanical parts for the manufacture of rubber stress tests.

Contributed to ergonomics studies, safety signage design and placement within the industrial safety department. Conducted laboratory quality control testing to meet ISO requirements.
