• Lead multiple projects from proposal to completion for both private and municipal clients. • Lead field surveys, public involvement, and NEPA documentation for multiple Categorical Exclusions (CE) and Environmental Assessments (EA) for projects using Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), US Department of Agriculture, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and US Department of Housing and Urban Development funds. • Managed multiple projects under a NEPA on-call contract with the City of San Antonio.

• Planning and Permitting under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 404/401 of the Clean Water Act.• Public Involvement • Wetland and Stream Delineations in accordance with USACE protocols for multiple commercial development, transportation, and energy projects across Texas.• Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys. • Environmental Assessments.• Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.• Experience with water sampling; geotechnical logging; and other field work.• Proficient in the use of ArcGIS and survey-grade GPS equipment.• FAA Licensed remote pilot.

This was an internship position with the Alamo Area Council of Governments, Air Quality office. My main focus was collecting air quality data including wind directions, solar radiation, ozone levels, and other pollutant data for statistical analysis. The data will be later used to model environmental conditions in the coming years for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
