My business model focuses on providing personalized support to individuals and companies in theMontreal area. This includes email/server/website management.

I created and managed a web hosting company called On In Time in 2014. On In Time has grown toserve customers around the world. Being the only employee, I managed all the services and took care of the sales, support and administrative activities.

I worked on workflow automation to simplify tasks for the technicians. Among other things, I developed an automated system which could process 1000s of requests per second that automatically prioritized and assigned tickets based on custom parameters (i.e., email subject indicators, sender email address, etc.)

I worked on assisting customers with their computer problems ranging from performance issues to malware removal to datarecovery. I would also perform the initial setup for clients who requested it.

My roles as DevOps Champion and Scrum Master complement themselves by pushing agile methodologies to the team. As a DevOps champion, my focus is to increase the speed of the deliveries while minimizingtheir impact through effective and continuous testing. As a Scrum Master, my goal is to remove impediments and help my teammates achieve the project goals and objectives within the deadlines.

As a QA Specialist, I was responsible for developing and automating rigorous test frameworks ensuring that applications meet the most stringent requirements.

As a Level 2 Support Technician, I contributed to the management of Active Directory, system configurations, and the implementation of Group Policies (GPOs). Additionally, I developed automated solutions to facilitate and expedite the deployment and integration of IT systems.
