Nicolas Queru (French national) is an experienced international business manager with strong track-record in achieving results in business growth strategy, business performance and business development .Nicolas has >20 years of business experience across multiple industries, management disciplines, and geographies, with main focus on business strategy, business administration, and international growth execution. Nicolas is currently Group CEO of EREN Life, the holding company controlling sports & leisure activities of Patrick Mouratoglou including Mouratoglou Academy, Mouratoglou Resort, Mouratoglou International, revolutionary tennis format and league UTS, YouJump Trampoline Parks, with a strong emphasis on driving growth through organic business development, partnerships, and M&A. Prior to joining EREN Life/Mouratoglou Academy, Nicolas worked 5 years at private equity owned Navico, leading manufacturer of marine electronics. Nicolas’ first position was VP of the newly established Commercial Marine Division, before being appointed EVP globally. Nicolas’ last position was COO EMEA, in charge of the commercial operations end to end, with full P&L responsibility.Prior to Navico, Nicolas was a Manager at Bain & Company in Oslo (moved to Oslo for personal reasons), where he worked 4 years. Nicolas’ Mgmt consulting experience started at Oliver Wyman in Paris, where he worked 4 years, after business school. Nicolas holds an MsC in Management from EM Lyon (Lyon, France) and Schulich School of Business (MBA exchange semester, York University, Toronto, Canada), where he majored in corporate finance and strategy.
