As COO at Noé Nature, I have expanded my role to oversee the logistics team, including the reception and expedition teams responsible for both B2B and B2C order fulfillment. As CTO, I lead the IT and Implementation department at Noé Nature, overseeing the technological backbone of the company and driving innovation in our processes. I am responsible for all IT projects within the group, ensuring that our infrastructure supports both current operations and future growth.A key focus of my role is the rationalization and simplification of our data flows, which are critical for operational efficiency. One of our major ongoing projects is the development of a Product Information Management (PIM) system in collaboration with external partners, designed to streamline data management across departments.In addition to my work on IT strategy, I actively contribute to the broader strategic goals of the group by ensuring that our technological solutions are aligned with business needs. I am also responsible for implementing Verne Harnish's Scaling Up methodology within the organization, helping us to build a strong foundation for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

During a crucial three-month transition period following the departure of the COO, I took on the leadership of Noé Nature's IT projects, ensuring a seamless continuation of key initiatives. In this role, I was responsible for managing and optimizing the group's IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on steering the successful deployment of our ERP system through Odoo.

As ERP Officer, I collaborated closely with the COO to implement the Odoo ERP system within a complex organization comprising six different companies. This implementation, launched in April 2022, aimed to streamline operations and align processes across the group.Prior to the launch, we conducted a thorough analysis of the internal business needs and worked with an external integrator to ensure that the ERP solution was tailored to our specific requirements. This involved adapting certain internal processes to better integrate with the Odoo system.Post-launch, I played a key role in organizing staff training, providing continuous support, and driving process improvements to optimize the use of the ERP system.
