As a Sales Associate, a develop trusting relationships with clients while walking them through the process of purchasing a home. Key task includes communicating with clients to identify their needs, negotiating transactions, developing sales agreements, and marketing properties. I have maintained an average annual sales volume of $5M since 2013.

I am a Certified Community Association Manager and currently overseeing the enhancement of a mismanaged property. In my role, I am responsible for operational and financial aspects of the property. My focuses were on personnel development, leasing management, collections, resident service, maintenance, revenue generation, capital improvement, and regulation compliance. I was able to implement new marking and advertising strategies to raise interest and awareness in property—ultimately resulting in us leasing the first 100 units in 90 days.

As the Director of Business Development, I established an implemented the operation procedures for sales, promotion planning, and new business development for a new South Florida office. I also ensure compliance with quality assurance standards by training new agents to maintain a positive image. Under my leadership, we recruited 60 new agents, generated $30M in additional revenue, and witnessed a 25% market share increase. We also achieved the highest recruiting numbers in the region for 48 consecutive weeks!
