The firm also represents many of the large banking institutions, listed companies on the JSE, property developers in the Netherlands listed on the Netherlands Stock Exchange and recognised companies involved in the development of the inner city and the provision of social affordable housing.Tasks and Responsibilities included: Consulting with client’s in respect to their Mortgage Bonds and the Agreements relating thereto (largely Investec and ABSA client’s), Managing the day to day running of Family Trusts, Debt Collections in respect to Homeowners Associations, Sectional Title Schemes and goods sold and delivered by companies, Drafting of legal documents, Researching of Law Reports, various Legislation and Bills, Attending Court, Winding up Estates, Raising fee's and managing of fee's and disbursements relating to the client's account as well as the Business and Trust account,Dealing with various Governmental Departments.
