I have eight years experience at Apple inc. supporting customers directly in sales and technical support. I also have experience with leading teams, facilitating trainings, creating training content, and managing peers. I am iOS and MacOS certified in troubleshooting and repair for both hardware and software. Customers I work with would describe me as empathetic and kind. Management would describe me as a creative problem solver that is focused on the betterment of my peers. I own and operate a video production company where I work with businesses to create content for their websites and social media platforms. I am the camera operator, video editor, script writer, set designer, and manager of the on screen talent. Working directly with the owners of these businesses to implement the most impactful campaigns possible. I am passionate about photography and videography, music, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, hiking, and graphic design. My passions have lead me to work with world class mountain bikers across the country documenting their racing careers and their growth in the profession. Videography also lead me to work with breweries across the east coast as a social media manager and creating content for names such as Bonn Brewing and Tired Hands Brewery.
