Functional Leader responsible for the deployment and implementation of the Information Management System for the Presidency of the Republic . SeCumpleelCambio is a cloud - based System consisting of a Transactional Component ( Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse and Front-End for the final user) as well as an Analytics Component (Power BI enabled environment).As functional leader:1. Supervised the System ́s development in partnership with the product provider Ernst & Young in order to fully meet each one of the client ́s functional needs through a Sprint - based AgileMethodology.2. Validated the System ́s Entity-Relationship Model to ensure that the underlying logic of the Data Warehouse is aligned with the client ́s reporting needs.3. Developed a total of seven ( 7 ) MS Power BI dashboards from scratch , whose active users were the President of the Republic and its Cabinet.As a Consultant:1. Implemented several Data processing optimization strategies that reduced the time needed to generate a new report or presentation.2. I was responsible for articulating the Transformational Initiatives for the Department of Treasury during 2018 - 2022 presidential period.3. I was responsible for implementing a SMART Methodology for the initial definition and articulation of the Transformational Initiatives for the Department of Agriculture as well as the National Scientific Development Department for the 2022-2026 presidential period.
