As part of this experience, I developed and implemented an innovative strategy around 3D printing and agile production, while overseeing the integration of advanced technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.

After 2 years as Production manager, I’m currently in charge of the development of the Aerospace business for 3DCERAM. We are created a specific offer, called 3D-AIM, with the objective to help our customers step by step in their part development process.

3DCERAM is a French SME specialized in the 3Dprinting process of ceramic material. It brings about a high level of expertise and a complete offer, from the 3DPrinter sales and the cartridges until some services for training and products development. As the manager of the manufacturing department, I'm reponsible for the business and technical developments. I also perform technical support missions for other services. Finally, I oversee the development of technology in the space sector.

SODERN, a subsidiary of Ariane Group, specializes in several high-tech products for civil and military programs. In the space sector, SODERN is an equipment manufacturer recognized for its range of Star Tracker.As a mechanical and thermal engineer, I was responsible for the technical management of work packages in complex structural calculations. I have worked on one of the instruments of the Sentinel 5 satellite as well as many upstream projects (Tender Response) and R&D projects in 3D printing. I was able to assert my technical skills in mechanical and thermal calculation, as well as in structural optimization by metallic 3D printing. This experience also allowed me to take charge of a complete workpackage.

SAFRAN REOSC is a key player in the world of high performance optical fabrication. Reconized for its large optic dimensions, REOSC answers many challenges for various applications.As an opto-mechanical engineer, I'm in charge of specific work on opto-mechanical design and calculation. I was able to gain a rich and complete technical experience in this field, thanks to projects such as MTG (Meteosat Third Generation).

The Marseille Astrophysics Laboratory is a CNRS joint research unit specialized in optical instrumentation for ground or space astronomy. The LAM is a laboratory capable of working on subjects as well basic R & D as for the manufacture or integration of complete instrument.As part of the optical manufacturing research team, I participated as a workpackage manager in the design, manufacturing follow-up and integration of a stress polishing machine in the early phases of the E-ELT project. This experience on a European project allowed me to learn the technology as well as the operation of a large project.

Cette expérience m’a permis de comprendre le fonctionnement d’un groupe industriel travaillant dans un domaine avec un produit dont l’offre est banalisée et produits en grande quantité. J’ai également pu comprendre succinctement la notion de stratégie de groupe et de développement industriel.
