This ignited my passion for ICT and cybersecurity, leading me to pursue a Certificate III in I.C.T. and Basic Cyber Security at Tafe Queensland.  I've successfully applied these tech skills in my current role, where I provide enhanced tech support to my colleagues. My desire for continuous growth in this field has prompted me to enrol in a Certificate IV in Cyber Security.Throughout my career, I've transitioned from retail to roles in the hospitality sector, ultimately advancing my career and culminating in leadership and management positions. These experiences have sharpened my communication and customer service skills to a high level.I represented clients like Afterpay and Westpac Group at the Collection House Group. My responsibilities included offering administrative and customer assistance to those facing financial hardship. This role led me to complete a Certificate III in Financial Services. I also serve as the go-to tech support for our team, using critical thinking to find tailored solutions for our customers.
