Managing a testing team with a special focus on Vehicle Energy Management.My role is distributed to various activities, project management of 1D simulation & testing activities combined, management of testing facilities (chassis roller dyno, organ test-benches, acquisition systems and sensors) as well as resources for vehicle instrumentations, tests and simulation models development.Part of the Engineering and Consulting Services of SIEMENS PLM Softwares supporting Simcenter 1D & Test solutions for various OEMs and Tier1 suppliers around the world.

Model Based System Engineering for various customers in several industry sectors: Automotive, Fluid -Power, Oil & Gas industry, Aero-Space & Defense.Daily work: system engineering by usage of simulation and relying on multi-physics 1D tool (AMESim expert), project management and coordination, strong international relationship with customers, support and technology transfer to customers.Specialist in 1D modeling related to various domains of analysis among fluid, mechanical and thermal multiphysics, good knowledge related to the analysis of dynamic systems both in the time domain as well as in their frequency domain.Good system simulation culture regarding the multiple stages along the development V-cycle for "mechatronic" systems, development/prototyping of control laws by means of system simulation (MIL), system interface with the Soft controller (SIL), or real-time export for control and systems calibration and validation (HIL) .Domains of expertise: - Gearbox and driveline modeling (AT, CVT, DCT, MT, AMT, Off-highway).- Model based drivability analysis (automotive HEV, Electric, Conventional).- 1D NVH modeling at full driveline level (automotive). - Clutch/shifter actuation systems for manual/automated transmissions.- Hybridization of drivelines (hybrid series, parallel, range extenders).- Electric storages for Hybrid vehicles (batteries, functional network, actuators).- Troubleshooting analysis (instabilities, resonances, …).- Model reduction for CPU time reduction or HiL.- HiL bench integration of models through Simulink and dSpace (dS or Xpc targets). - Lubrication systems of gas turbines (thermal hydraulics).- Automotive Brake systems at full circuit level (mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, vehicle dynamics).- Hydraulic flight control systems and power circuit for aeronautics.

Graduate in Vehicle Dynamics: objectification of the vehicle dynamics of bus/coaches among the Irisbus portfolio (instrumentation, test and analysis of driving dynamics performances, braking and comfort).

Mission: studying the power losses (spin and load dependent losses) in an AMT motorsport gearbox (Peugeot 908 HDI FAP program) and search optimal parameters/design to improve its performances (numerical/simulation analysis). Enabling the R&D team in classifying the various quantities of torque losses along the gearbox from engine to wheels. The aim was to support new developments at the gearbox in optimizing the gearbox efficiency.
