Part of the IBM Technology ecosystem, I organize for IBM's value added distributors, strategies, demonstrators, campaigns, roadshows, webinars to infuse IBM security portfolio. Part of the technical staff I participate in accelerating closing deals by demonstrating value propositions and technical KPIs.

I designed the strategy and managed the professional services team. We have served 50 clients and provided an average of 150 days of support per year in French and English in EMEA countries. I reorganized the training offer to create "tailor-made" courses. As a result, from a software publisher, i2 France has become a demanding consulting company managing complex integration projects.

I trained more than 500 people, creating the pedagogy, the design of the programs and the writing of the supports of all the courses given. I have carried out consultancy missions in tactical information management, notably for the French, Algerian and Moroccan Ministries of the Interior and Defence.
