Responsible for cost accounting, price policy, budget, monthly financial closing, reporting and capital expenditure plan of the newly bought subsidiary of a French foundry group, I conceived tools automating dashboards creation using my autonomy and sense of initiative. I also initiated the creation of a stronger link between the managerial and production teams in particular by persuading the CEO, the supply chain team and the accounting team to get involved in the production planning meetings.

Responsible for cost accounting, I created and set up tools through Excel & Visual Basic in order to calculate the estimated and actual factory price of our computer numeric controlled machine tools using my analytical skills. Furthermore, I examined and explained any possible gap between the two. I initiated also the creation of a process for the sales to easily consult the pricing team whenever customers desired to order tailor-made equipment.
