I have more than 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg investment funds industry and in restructuring.I am a recognised expert in the financial sector and in the regulation of UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds, management companies and other providers of professional services. More particularly, I am specialised in:• Assisting in getting UCITS, managing companies and Financial Sector Professionals authorisation,• Following up regulation changes and assessing their impacts,• Developing processes (e.g. governance, internal and external reporting, due diligence, controls and compliance), and• Local and international restructuring.I hold a Master’s degree in business and tax law, a DJCE (“Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprises”) and a degree in accounting and finance.
