Vernis Claessens acquired the company Jallut in 2016 so we worked hard to integrate that company onto our IT system. The main project was to migrate the ERP system to ours (JDEdwards) which is now successfully done. This was a one year project on which I was actively part of. The second main project was to migrate the infrastructure of the company from a SaaS system to a local one. By the way, we also migrate the office accounts to Office 365 system.Other main duties :• Functional duties:o Users training on Office 365 and ERP (JDEdwards).o Users training on Windows and MAC OS.• Technical duties:o Acquisition and integration of a third company into the Vernis Claessens company.o Full infrastructure rebuilds for the Swiss sites.o External vendors management.• Project management: o ERP migration and integration (Oracle JD Edwards). Data and process transfer.o Follow up all the production processes, such as supply chain, logistic.o Office 365 deployment on the Swiss sites.o GDPR implementation on the Swiss sites.

Fixed-term position for project management within the infrastructure service of the company.• Management :o Team management of 10 engineers on two sites (Lausanne and Bern).o Task tracking of the team (planning, deadline, quality, cost).• Project management:o Internal monitoring tool implementation.o MSSQL databases harmonization. Definition of the specs and business case Definition and follow up of the budget Team management (roles and responsibilities). Follow up of the third-party providers. Change and risk management. Schedules management and monitoring.

Fixed term position as a freelance.• Functional duties:o Users training on the ERP (Proconcept) and the network.o Technician training on the ERP.• Project management:o Integration of the ERP (Proconcept) within the MPS environment.o IT technician and users training.o Response to the several requests from the various services.

Orthopedic medical devices field in an international environment• Management:o Board member and as such part of the responsibility for defining the plant strategy.o Setup monitoring tools (KPI) and continuous improvement processes.o Team management (4 people) on two local sites and one site in France.o Direct report to the CIO in the USA.o Active contacts with the US management to define the IT strategy and key aspects (network, infra, ERP…).• Technical duties:o Local network and infrastructure management (domain controller, print server, files server, ERP server, workstations, printers, phones, backup, etc.)o Integration of the local network and infrastructure in a new international environment.• Functional duties:o Responsible for the ERP (Proconcept), such as the users training, specific report development, configuration and various update or upgrade.o Work with all the services of the company, including production, logistic, quality, finance to provide functional and technical answers, in the requested time and quality (ERP, applications, technical drawing).o Follow up of the regulatory requirements (FDA, certificate of conformity, CAPA, labelling…). Establishment of the documentation and the procedures.o Set up and follow up Sox compliance.• Project management:o Migration of the ERP Proconcept to Oracle at the end of the activities of Greatbatch in Switzerland. Management of the third-party providers, on site or external (India). Management of the internal stakeholders located in the USA. Follow up of the tasks and schedules. Follow up of the technical part for the data recovery.o Set up an external Data Center Definition of the specifications, SLA and budget. Research and validation of the third-party providers. Validation of the technical part of the premises (power supply, network…). Management of the deadlines scheduling. Follow up of the project advancement. Set up of the servers (VM) and startup of the Data Center.

Pharmaceutical field.• Technical duties:o Responsible for the local infrastructure (network, servers, backup, workstations, phones).o Oracle DB administration. Responsible for the Lotus Notes server.o Responsible for the various software used in the pharma field (SQL*Lims, Millennium).o Help desk support and 7/24 on call service.• Functional duties:o Responsible for the ERP (JDEdwards on AS/400).o Regulatory requirements setup and follow up (FDA, SOP, CAPA, cGMP…).o Users training.

• Full setup and configuration of the ERP (ProConcept).• Setup of the Novell Netware (3.11, 3.12 et 4.1) network.• Responsible for the infrastructure.
