Worldline growth over the past year was based on several acquisitions, merger or joint ventures. In the TAP (Target acquiring Platform) factory we set up the target acquiring solution supporting those new entities in France, UK, Greece and Italy. With TAP we deploy the same standard solution across the organization, allowing a better focus of the products investments that will benefit all.Activity in TAP covers evaluation of the local need, set up of infrastructure, applications, end to end test, migration and transition with the local customer service operations.Project involved >30.000 md in 2024 accross 53 teams in Europe and India.

The context is the implementation of the Worldline contact product for BNPPF customer service. As a program manager I took ownership of WL commitment to manage the roll out of the contact solution for the branches of BNPPF accross belgium as well as for the replacement of an existing solution used by their customer service center.

As part of DAF's on-board connectivity solution in trucks, I led the deployment program of Worldline's IOT solution for Connected vehicles. We operate the data collection in trucks (embedded application, SIM and Telco subscription, M2M), as well as a White-label Fleet Management Service portal that DAF uses to build its service offering. Illustration of services: report on fuel consumption, eco-driving, driving time, geolocation through the web portal but also through technical interfaces (rFMS) allowing the integration of truck data into existing systems.

In a large application maintenance contract for a pharmaceutical client, I was the Service Delivery Manager in charge of the delivery, SLA, P&L and customer relationship in a context of an externalisation to our India team of the regular operation. SDM for Commercial Domain, activities cover more than 100 applications for both France, Germanyand India. Technology : JAVA, .NET, QlikView, Dataware.

Project was about securing the Paris Euro 2016 soccer championship by providing to the French Army Force “Sentinelle” 1000 mobile devices and a private network we physically deployed in a strategic area of Paris allowing localisation of incidents or attacks, coordination of the force intervention and giving visibility in the command center of all on going operations.Project was 10M€ ER project generating 2,5M€ GM in 6 month, 80 persons accross 10 teams.

My contribution to this project help to improve Customer relationship and vendor management (Linedata Ekip), allowed a significant improvement of our business position at BNPP PF and a significant improvment of our project margin

First assignement was a 6 month mission in Lyon to define business development plan; Main conclusion was that sales force approach needed to be refreshed and focused on customer intimacy.Then 1 year as head on Atos Origin T&M business unit (180 FTE), implementing development plan including sales force recruitment. We achieved before I move for another assignement 1 new logo per month, double the number of sales meeting, double the hit ratio on deal closing.
