I have been working in the Guest Services department at two different golf courses for a combined 3 years now. I have developed many customer service skills as well as creative problem solving skills, both individually and collaboratively. I have also been learning from the Head Professional and General Manager about the business aspect of running a golf course. So far they have taught me the basics of how to manage a golf course efficiently.
