Operations Cost Controller
Current•Verifying work progress status, updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements •Cost breakdown structure updating according to existing cost estimates •Assuring/developving and maintaining all cost reports, feeding in cost reporting systems •Monitoring the actual cost vs budget /AFE Values, identifying potential overrun and necessary actions in order to increase administrative value/s of the contract//s •Preparing close-out report after each drilled well •E&P Management: Standard workflow-Best Practises •Economics General: Economics planning and control, cost estimating/budgeting/cost analysis/control •Contracting: Def. of contract strategy, variations and claim resolution •Organisation processes: Project Management process •Project Management: Preparation of development program and budget, close-out report preparation, cost control budgeting
