My teaching philosophy encompassed not just the dance moves but also the underlying musicality, physical wellness, and the communal spirit of breaking.Key Responsibilities:Teaching Breaking Basics: Introduced students to the essential elements of breaking, from foundational steps to more complex moves. Each lesson was designed to suit the diverse abilities of the students, progressively advancing their skills.Musical Interpretation: Emphasized the significance of music in breaking. Lessons included understanding rhythm and beats, and how to expressively connect dance movements with various musical styles.Physical Well-being: Regularly conducted stretching and strengthening exercises. This focus on physical conditioning was crucial for preventing injuries and enhancing the dancers' ability to perform the physically demanding moves of breaking.Choreography and Performance: Annually orchestrated a performance to showcase the students’ skills and progress.
