As an operational CFO, my goal is to contribute to the performance of a growing entity. Enlightening on the performances, to improve forecasts and secure the future, motivates me daily. My expertise in finance is double: both operational, and corporate. Operational, I fully involve myself in the projects of the company by implementing financial processes necessary to ensure their success. Positioning myself as a real business partner to the general management and operational managers, I support and help them monitoring and managing their activities.My contribution is to base on my technical skills, and my ability to analyze and give meaning to the figures, in order to turn them into tools for decision making and for growth of the company.Corporate, I have the experience of legal obligations and deadlines, securing relations with external partners - auditors, tax authorities, shareholders, banks - for the sake of rigor and control of risks. Being in charge of the animation of the financial processes allowed me to develop skills in change and optimization of information systems, and reporting processes, focused on the goal of improving reliability and accuracy of KPI. Practicing these responsibilities in multi-site and international perimeters made me used to coping with multicultural environments. Experienced manager, pedagogue, I like to enlighten the teams on business issues and arouse support to strategic decisions, for a better cooperation of everybody. Familiar with moving environments, I am pragmatic and adaptable, fully focused on the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The experience of transforming a loss making ancillary activity into a profitable strongly growing activity, enabled me to learn that solidarity and loyalty are qualities needed to meet success in such challenges.
