Completing managerial and operational tasks throughout the Student Recreation and Wellness Center at CSULB including but not limited to:- Enforcing and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures- Overseeing the SRWC facilities in the support and absence of full time staff- Being the first responder to injury/incidents within the building and is responsible for preparing incident reports- Opening and/or securing the overall building at designated operating hours

Manages the @lbsu_sandpit account on Instagram, the social media account dedicated to the school's student section at sports games. The job also includes:- Sitting in and advising marketing plans for men's and women's basketball and volleyball- Advertising sports games along with their themes, giveaways, and special events- Orchestrating on-campus advertisements and pre-game events- Attending games and controlling the crowd as well as starting chants and rituals- Creating and editing photos and videos for use on social media

Handling schedules, organizing files, creating mail merges, ordering and tracking office inventory, and organizing events.

Led a group of coaches in organizing classes with the goal of building children's cognitive and social abilities using soccer as a medium. This job also included communicating with parents, online and in-person marketing, leadership skills, as well as extensive use of spreadsheets and attendance tracking.
