FwF is an entrepreneurship focused on developing technology for the process of organic waste treatment by the application of Black soldier fly, to obtain organic protein for feed and fertilizers.*Responsibilities*:Be in charge of the development of the business model and the financial model of a circular economy project for a solution of organic waste management. Design and construction of the prototype to feed black soldier fly larvae using mechanical software design as Solid Edge. Managed communication and contact with Mentors, Investors, and Clients, for the continuous iteration in the development of the MVP.Designed and built the prototype of an automated system for the control of environmental conditions to feed black soldier fly larvae with organic waste together with the other team members.Program the automated system according to the needs of the prototype using C programming language for the operation of sensors and microcontrollers. Made presentations on the project to inform stakeholders about the progress and the different results obtained.*Achievements*:Designed and implemented the “Future with Flies” Project from its inception to its launch, using environmental conditions control system technologies for feeding black soldered fly larvae, with the aim of transforming the processing of organic waste, whose impact is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% due to the open decomposition of organic waste.Built a functional prototype with the ability to maintain environmental conditions such as temperature or relative humidity, enhanced with features of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), automation, and Data Management.Developed a circular economy proposal with a triple impact on sustainable development in social, economic, and environmental fields.Participated internationally as finalists in a program for the creation and development of startups in the Climate-tech area at CDMX, competing with companies with long experience in the market.

Spinoff

Responsibilities:Coordinated the construction team and supported the assembling of the leveling machine.Tested the automation of the laser level system for continuous operation on the construction site.Responsible for the control of machinery and maintenance of the leveling machine. Achievements:Implemented a semi-automated, high-precision laser leveling system, by designing and building a leveling machine, that resulted in the optimization of 60% of the time spent on manual leveling activities in the construction of sports fields.
