Optimization and improvement of transport and manufacturing operations, through implementation of Lean Management & 6 Sigma Methodologies.- Realization of a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) on back-end transports operations. Process simplification and revaluation of roles and responsibilities of all the actors (for a targeted and achieved productivity gain of 5% over 20 FTE).- Definition of the first Industrial Master Plan ("Schéma Directeur Industriel") of the Valognes Rail Terminal for the next 5 years (CAPEX and OPEX review)- Implementation of a dedicated digital tool for Manufacturing Projects Management (with the objective to improve sharing of information for all the actors, improve reaction time in case of contingency during manufacturing process - including subcontractors - and reduce all downtimes with better decision-making process)> Between October 2022 and December 2023 : internal transition management mission for the Supply Chain Division, for Transport Activities procurement (Rail, Sea, Road and Air). Resumption of team management and implementation of collaborative and information sharing tools (Kantree) to improve efficiency of transport operations.Recruitment and onboarding of the new Transport Services Procurement Team Leader.Total budget 15 M€ with 3.5% cost reduction between 2022 and 2023 / Panel : 150 suppliers

After 15 years in Logistics operations and support (including risk management and performance improvement), I had the opportunity to be more closely involved in the digital transformation of the Logistics BU of AREVA, being its new Information Systems Manager from September 2017 to January 2022.Achieving performance objectives in cost reduction and systems optimizations (-30% of software maintenance cost worldwide, in less than 3 years) is an important part of this position and represents a continuity regarding my previous experiences in performance improvement.Being also appointed Digital Leader, my team and I directly contributed to the development of a digital culture and initiated new projects within the entities of the Logistics BU (including Manufacturing and Engineering divisions, and in close link with the Innovation Team).

2012 : Creation of the Transport Support & Expertise Section (15 pers.) within the Transport Department, implementation of a new organization : In charge of improving quality and cost efficiency of logistics operations within all Logistics Business Unit entities involved in transport & logistics (US, Europe and Asia) / Control of Department's investments and adaptation between capacity and workload2013/2014 : Business development in China, providing Transport & Logistics expertise2015 : Additional cost reduction and development of performance orientation of the team to improve process efficiency through lean management methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma, "A3" projects...)2016/2017 : Integration of rail cars maintenance activities and real time tracking center to the Methods & Performance Team.

- Creation and management of Risk Assessment & Logistics Expertise Department (10 engineers) within the Transport Risk Management Division- Technical support to AREVA’s Business Units on supply chain operations (purchasing, transport forwarding, customs, transport equipments…), in connection with corporate divisions- Identification of worldwide AREVA transports flows and associated risks leading to operational and organisational proposals to improve risk management (e.g.: maritime expertise, geopolitical analysis…)- Member of the redaction committee of the AREVA Transport Policy- Member of the Emergency Response Team (Crisis Management)

- Audit of the existing Transport Process (with the help of Quality Health Safety Environment corporate division) via on site interviews and reports.- Issue of improvement recommendations with associated action plan to implement them.- In line with the SCOR model (Supply Chain Operations Reference), creation of a revamped Transport Process. Implementation started January 2012.

- Project Management for implementation of digital tools for logistics and transport businesses (freight forwarding, scheduling, maintenance…).- Technical and financial transport studies (logistics schemes, transport equipments…) and logistics optimization.- Support to Project Managers for the preparation of call for tenders answers.

High value radioactive materials transport organization for European and French research centres.Participation to transport processes improvement.

Internship / Optimization of logistics organization regarding spare parts deliveries to the production line. This was made in an effort to reduce costs and improve resources availabilities. Global study on the manufacturing plant's supply chain.

2 months internship / Assistant to the project manager for the improvement of the semi-conductor wafer testing phase (before shipment to the IC manufacturing plant). Several visits in clean rooms to study the complete production chain of wafers.
