Coordinate Group development strategy in P&C and Mobility adjacencies • Directly reporting to the Western Europe CEO within French, Spanish and Belgium perimeter (250 FTE – 26,9 M€ turnover) • Strategic projects coordinator : pushing forward CEO strategy to COMEX/COMOP and to all departments directors and managers on a B2B2C pattern both with a clients/sales, partners/network and products/IT approach • Partnerships : strategic plans presentation and follow-up toward main clients with relevant Directors, working closely with operational teams to evaluate current situation and launch of solutions • Performance steering : creation of a performance working group and monitoring mechanism to achieve KPI, which represented a significant amount of our turnover • Competitive intelligence (CI) : creation of a CI cell to ease market reading on insurance procurement, mobility trends and on a competitive context for management and top managementLead corporate and contract management • Corporate point of contact: handling organization and driving of all corporate events such as Boards, COMEX and COMOP for all three countries. Preparation of agendas, drafting minutes, and follow-up of actions to be carried out by directors concerned • Internal communication: Organisation and management of company events, in conjunction with the management team, implementation of monthly events to strengthen employee support for the company strategy • Management of our relationship with lawyers in France, Spain and Belgium on multiple topics; clients, partners, internal providers and general services • Deployment of a contractual management platform, Intelligent Contract, to centralize, archive and monitor all existing contracts on our region, thus helping driving client contracts, as well as an electronic signature platform through Universign
