Founder of a student game studio within the larger student organization WolverineSoft. Led 4 successive game projects as lead producer and increased student organization membership from approximately 12 students to 70 in the course of 2 semesters.Led game projects from pre-production to release by establishing project milestones, evaluating progress through playtesting and bi-weekly check-ins, and maintaining relevant documentation to keep team members informed and on track.Coordinated with University faculty and staff to establish studio participation as an engineering course at the university, giving academic credit. Enrolled more than 60 students.Led industry outreach efforts and established advising agreements with over a dozen active industry professionals.Created infrastructure for cross departmental coordination through concrete review procedures, departmental progress reports, and dependency evaluation meetings.

- Developed an AR experience to transform a mural at New York Presbyterian Hospital into an interactive tour of New York. Targeted towards increasing ambulation rates for children.- Spearheaded the increased use of Jira to synchronize team sprints and visualize product development status to members of the business team.- Participated in weekly product status meetings with art and business team members to keep the company informed of relevant obstacles in development and their affect on product timelines.- Presented risk assessment reports comparing potential project management tools, as well as potential product improvements, to the CEO and business teams.
