- Frontline contact for support and maintenance of the IT environment for both the Sydney head office and other Australian locations.- Ensure that daily ICT operations are thoroughly and efficiently executed.-Ensure backups run successfully.-Ensure servers/roles are configured properly including email server, DNS, file sharing, print servers and printer deployment, group policy. - Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure all necessary ICT purchases are kept within budget.- Regularly on-call outside of work hours, to assist with off-site server outages and troubleshooting.- Management of the company’s network infrastructure including patching, servers, routers, switches, printers, firewalls, and SSL VPN devices.- Build and maintain positive relationships with external contractors and suppliers, to ensure that the ICT needs of the business are met.- Ensure domain registration and SSL certificates are kept current. - Management of the building’s operational and security needs.

Support for the Financial Controller with the daily running of the business:- Process incoming mail, cheques and credit cards in conjunction with Finance Department;- Receipt, invoice, process and dispatch orders for teacher and student resources;- Replenish and order resources and stock, as required;- Organise general stationery orders;- Assist with Stock Audit at end of the financial year;- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally;- Acquire knowledge of all Academy procedures and requirements relative to the sales of teacher and student resources;
