I developed a full suite of training program, from basic drone operation, autonomous flight planning, gathering of data, generation of Orthomosaics/3D model/vegetation index/ LiDAR point cloud using post processing softwares such as DJI Terra, Agisoft Metashape, Pix4D Mapper and Cloud Compare, onward to visualization and utilization of the drone data using various GIS softwares. I also generated a thermal drone based analysis system for a large multinational company to enable optimized and efficient solar panel inspection in a very challenging terrain which opens up the possibility of utilizing even the heavily varied terrain for photovoltaic solar station operations.We have served multiple government agencies and private entities from land development, construction, agriculture, search and rescue, military, public safety, civil groups and various environmental NGOs.

As the company grew I was responsible for the streamlining and scaling of the drone operations by optimizing drone components, developing redundant and resilient systems, and integrating multiple sensors such as dual RGB cameras for orthomosaics and 3D model, custom built multispectral sensors for vegetation analysis, thermal cameras for powerline inspections, long range communication modules and developing our own multirotor systems for hovering and heavylift applications.Our locally assembled units were primarily composed of 3DRobotics APM 2.6 and Pixhawk autopilot systems, custom made carbon fiber components for multirotor airframes and some commercially available RC components. We also served the government and large conglomerates that contributed vastly in their wide bird's eye view and rapid decision making.
