Main Generic Tasks :• Gather, analyze, challenge and validate clients/market requirements• Provide and document estimates on new potential projects and “estimate to completion” on ongoing projects • Work closely with Integration and Business Coordinators to define and follow-up project plans (scope, estimations, resources allocation, timing, …)• Write “Functional Requirement Documents” as well as test plans and test cases and provide them to integrators/developers• Motivate, provide direction and structure• Participate in testing and code checking when needed• Ensure quality of deliverables (testing done and scope covered)• Escalate risks and issues to coordinators• Provide clients with guidance to best organize their testing (SIT and UAT) and validation process, including supporting documentation and trainings• Provide guidance to all internal stakeholders to ensure client/regulatory requirements are aligned to the strategic model and roadmapMajor interactions :• Closely work with Clients• Closely work with Integration and Business Coordinators• Ensure efficient and constant relationship with Integrators/Developers• Represent Client Integration team in cross-departmental projects and meetings (with RMs, Sales, PMs, IT, …)Responsibilities :• Ensure strategic and appropriate relationships with third parties (e.g. clients)• Ensure Developers/Integrators are fully guided and supported during the complete development/delivery process• Ensure project scope is controlled and respected• Liaise with other departments on finding cross-functional solutions• Coordinate and follow-up deliveries and UAT with clients
