Over the past four year I’ve been working as a physical trainer, coordinator and personal trainer both as a freelance and for various companies. I have had extensive experience of working with different people in a variety of environments such as gym company, sport clinic, profesional youth football teams, luxury hotels and private cliental. As you will see from my CV, I have a long history in both sport and commerce. I studied for and gained my diploma in Education and Motricity Master’s, Physical Trainer, Mental Trainer and Nutrition in order to get a complete and comprehensive understanding of how to best help people achieve their goals. Furthermore, the time I spent in Nike and Decathlon running the collective sports department has given me invaluable insight how to manage a team and developed my leadership skills.I am energetic, organised and hardworking, and I pride myself on being a good team player, a competent strategist and someone who keeps track of new technology within the industry. But mostly someone who can manage team and sell personal training. Being a triathlete myself, I am in a great position to help and empathise with my clients for training purposes.
