Their team thrives on a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity, all fueled by a passion for creating truly relevant experiences.Main responsibilities:-Assisting in the completion of various daily risk management and fraud tasks.-Analysing and investigating alerts and reports to identify suspected fraud activities and take appropriate action based on standard procedures.-Conducting customer contact professionally and based on internal policies and procedures.-Proactively leveraging tools and resources available to acquire client information.-Liaising with other departments to discuss fraud-related issues and assist with customer inquiries.-Verifying the legitimacy of new accounts and online funds.-Identifying, referring, and/or escalating different types of fraud to the relevant areas of the business for effective investigation and resolution.
