University graduate looking for new challenges to develop personally and to kickstart his career. What can I contribute?During my bachelor and master studies I learned to critically analyze information and to plan and conduct my own empirical research in the fields of media psychology, developmental psychology or media informatics and to statistically evaluate the collected data afterwards.During my time at Schaeffler, I was able to experience collaborative work in international teams and had the opportunity to conceptualize numerous projects of my own, plan them with relevant stakeholders and turn them into practice. Some of these projects were:- Digitization of business processes in Salesforce- Creating a social media kit on Schaeffler's own customer platform to increase partner sales- Management & further development of the customer portal via the CMS Censhare- Revision of the department's intranet presence for better visibility of the department & a better flow of information
