• Day to day maintenance of the buildings and communal areas• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio• Liaising with contractors regarding reactive maintenance ans Major work• Managing major works projects and serving section 20 notices• Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance• Ensuring health and safety regulations and legislation are up to date• Facilitating all Licence to Alter on behalf of the freehold• Calling and participating in general meetings and directors' meetings• Assisting/helping the Junior block managers

Management of a 50 buildings’ portfolio (~1500 units, ~350K£/year - mainly residential with some offices and stores) with the support of an assistant and an accountant: - Administrative management of co-ownerships- Preparation and holding of General Assemblies as well as meetings of the Syndicate Councils- Legal assistance to co-owners / Ensuring the proper application of laws and regulations- Planning of maintenance and improvement works to be carried out in the buildings.
