Responsible for all exterior design efforts and associated drawing coordination, including façade systems, crown design and podium/ decorative screen designs.Miami World Center | Florida | Retail | 2013-2015.Led exterior design team for a high-end mixed-use retail center in Miami, including 1 million square feet of retail, 2 million square feet of parking, and 3 towers, occupying 3 city blocks. Coordinated exterior cladding systems with Zahner metal fabricators in Kansas City.Al Maryah Central | Abu Dhabi | Mixed-Use | Retail | 2012-2014.Performed duties of a Lead Designer for a 2.8 million square foot luxury mixed-use retail center in Abu Dhabi. Design responsibilities included a 40 story hotel tower and a Bloomingdale’s retail anchor store.100 Arlington Street | Boston | Residential | 2010-2011. Produced design studies, schematic, design development and construction documents, for a 15 Story high-end residential project located in Boston, MA. A Back Bay Historic Landmark, the project was converted in use and features an architecturally restored exterior facade.

Developed design drawings and produced construction documents for one- and two- family residential projects, focused on sustainable design.

Assisted with construction administration services for the Paramount Center project on Washington Street, Boston. Generated design options, renderings, and presentation material for a design competition for Emerson College’s campus in Los Angeles, CA.

Assisted on a Master Plan design proposal located in Holon, Israel. Developed diagrams, renderings, plans, sections, and elevations. The project featured a grand civic gesture with embedded subterranean retail, mid-size residential towers and an office tower at the project’s focal point. Concurrently tasked as an intermediary between architects and the in-house 3-D visualization team, I translated for English speaking architects and supported the integration of design concepts into final renderings for projects in Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris and Morocco.
