Business Manager, I’ve led teams since I was 18 years old, when I applied on Brazilian Army, as a student at CPOR/PA (Correia Lima Award – First Place). As Army Officer, performed functions as head of platoon and squad – making the difference for more than 200 soldiers (men and women) in service; Management Officer; and, Public Relations from Unit.I applied to a position as Management Trainee at Lojas Renner S/A, competing with 20,000 other candidates for 32 jobs. Throughout the course, I took on my first challenge as store manager (Santa Catarina), helping a team that got 42% sales increasing between 3 years (2013-2016). I’ve headed fashion stores with more 90 people, passing by 4 stores, until took up as Manager from Innovation Store of Lojas Renner S/A, giving my contribution for implementation of Omni Channel’s processes on the point of sale.
