In addition to managing the Aircraft Maintenance department (MRO), Charter and Air Ambulance International department, aircraft owner relations, and flight operations, I am well involved with the company's five business units. Among the responsibilities of this position are also the research and purchase of aircraft as well as the import and commissioning of the aircraft.The combination of my roles as Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations requires me to work collaboratively with four directors and approximately sixty employees.Upon beginning the position, the primary challenge was to contribute to a reorganization of maintenance methods (MRO) so that customer relations could be improved, qualified and highly solicited personnel could be engaged and retained in a context of shortage, and productivity could be increased.

Well involved with our five business units, my current tasks includes : managing the international charter department, and flight International flight operations. In addition, my role involves a contribution to the smooth running of international repatriation by Air Ambulance. My tasks also include a sustained attention to the principles of continuous improvement, collection and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), supervision of Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) and Security Management Systems (SMS) to name a few.

Holding a key position at the heart of the integration of Air Ambulance business Sky Service Air Ambulance renamed Skyalta, with Starlink Aviation operations. In addition to the company integration, It is my responsibility to ensure that the services offered are of a high quality and that the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) are followed. Furthermore, I am responsible for ensuring that the principles of continuous improvement are adhered to, collecting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supervising Quality Assurance Programs (QAPs) and Safety Management Systems (SMS), among other duties.
