Led Square's COVID emergency response via the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), enabling 150k SMBs to access $1.5bn in financing generating $XXXM in revenue. Responsible for the end-to-end experience inclusive of the loan application experience, underwriting and the loan forgiveness experience.

Formed a team to accelerate our flagship product. Led the redesign of our marketing infrastructure and unlocked double digit performance gains through experimentation and new product initiatives.

Designed lending APIs and secure data-sharing infrastructure enabling SMB platform partners (e.g. eBay, Weebly, Caviar, Invoice2go) to offer business loans to their merchants through Square Capital.

Joined in a hybrid BD/ Product role to close the first few embedded lending partners, drive implementation and manage these relationships. Transitioned to PM.
