Head of all Administrative area - Financial, IT, HR (until end of 2011).- Reorganization of the Finance and Control function, definition and implementation of procedures and controls in all areas of the Company.- Financial integration of Ipel into the Qualipac group, reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet according to IFRS norms, and all Management Reports to Headquarters.- Setup and tracking of financial KPI’s as a tool for financial management- Implementation of Industrial Control and Cost Analysis, both at the macro (Cost of Sales) and micro (Product) levels, with the tracking of industrial indicators of efficiency, scrap, non-quality- Setup of the whole Financial Planning & Analysis process – Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan- Sponsor of the SAP Roll-out, parameterization of standard and average cost in SAP

- Responsible for the Operational Excellence program within the Claro account.- Improvements in all processes within the account, with reduction in delivery lead-time and A/R balance in MR$3, improvement of cost control, margin growth and increase of customer satisfaction.

Head of the Accounting, Fiscal, Costing and Financial Planning areas.- Reorganization of the Controllership activities, covering Accounting, Tax, Cost and Financial Planning, with a 10% headcount reduction.- Improvements in the accounting process, leading to the reduction in the closing time to 2 days.- Set-up of all internal controls necessary for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.- Implementation of new Budgeting and Business Intelligence tools in the Control Area.- Reconciliation of the Balance Sheet accounts, with a MR$4 reduction in tax payment.

- Coordination of a task force that managed to reduce the A/R balance of the Brazil Telecom account by MR$ 50 between September, 2002 and June, 2003.- Financial planning and control of various accounts and business areas at Ericsson, with sales over MR$ 200 in 2003, supporting the Commercial Vice-President into his decision-making process- Negotiation with Telecom operators over the impact of the new COFINS calculation, with a 5% gain on existing contracts.

- Setup of the Business Controller function in the Engine Core Division.- Preparation and implementation of a restructuring plan of the Fixed Telephony area within the UK market, resulting in a 3 pp. margin increase in 2001.- Division restructuring Plan, to adapt the structure of the Division to the dramatic sales reduction.

- Manager of a team of 3 controllers responsible for the financial and business planning and control of various accounts, with sales over MR$ 800 in 2000.- Training in indirect taxes to the Bid Management and Cash Collection Departments, leading to a reduction in proposal errors and a substantial drop in tax payments.- Recovery of M$ 1.5 in unduly paid taxes, around 5% of a turn-key contract value.- Economic viability studies of telecom projects, cash flow, project financial follow-up and comparison with forecasts.
