At Securex, my goal was to translate the knowledge I've gained at nexxworks into concrete results. We're not only building products and services that our customers want, we're also pioneers in experimenting with new technologies to create new value and improve the world of work. My main projects were: - Designing new products and services for entrepreneurs - Co-creating an AI-model with Delaware to predict absenteeism - Building a tool to compare different work statutes- Developing a long-term strategic vision for Securex

I took on the responsibility of designing and facilitating Bootcamp programs for senior and middle management of large international corporations. These Bootcamps were intense, fast-paced programs designed to inspire and educate leaders in the 'Day After Tomorrow'. I also curated the content of other internal and external innovation events, such as FUEL by Medialaan (https://www.fuel.be/). During this time, I improved my interpersonal skills and project management skills, gained a broad knowledge about innovation in both startups and corporates, while building a rich (international) network.
