I started my professional career as an auditor in the government sector where I gained experience in administrative processes of huge organizations. Eighteen months later, I decided to be involved with the software industry, so I started as liaison between the business and the IT area in a global FMCG company with focus on sales processes. I earned skills related to business understanding and how using software technology as a tool could help the business strategy. I spent five years acquiring valued knowledge in Retail, ERP, CRM, OTC and many processes across the company.When I felt I was ready, I decided to achieve my professional dream which was always to be independent and owner of a business. We founded Improve-in, a Software development Company, and I realized this goal by using all the background and experience I've learned.
