Since his start in 2008 in the commercial engineering industry, Nick De Rose brings strong knowledge and ability in the many facets of electrical design including lighting, lighting control, power distribution, fire alarm, Z-32 strandards, high voltage distribution and leads project from early inception to completion. In the past few years, Nick has been involved with numerous IPD projects, primarily in the post secondary institutional realm, including lab buildings. As project manager, he serves as key contact throughout design and leads a team of designers in successfully executing a project.Nick is acute to the latest drafting software to produce the highest quality deliverables as expected by the industry. Nick has much experience in Revit MEP, being at the forefront, as Building Information Modelling (BIM) had it's start. Nick has multi-disciplinary experience in Mechanical design giving him a strong understanding in systems and aids him in strong coordination and overall project understanding. Nick has had experience in a wide variety of projects, including primary distribution, assisted living facilities, medical facilities, high rise multi-family residential, racetrack design and restaurants. Nick shows strong abilities in problem solving, teamwork and creativity to help attain success on the projects he works on. He has continued to show tremendous passion and will continue to expand his potential throughout his career.
