-Source and develop fabrics and new materials with suppliers, following the design vision -Explore new fabrics and concepts to improve quality and design of Lululemon products, propose new concepts using new technologies -Ensure materials quality is following Lululemon standards-Improve the standards to ensure the quality of final product following its lifecycle -Ensure mills capabilities -Ensure the price target, and negotiate following a business plan-Collaborate with sustainability partners to ensure all the supply chain is following Lululemon requirements (environment and human)-Communicate daily with the suppliers-Participate to technical and design textile fairs as Premiere Vision or ISPO-Work on site regularly (2 weeks per quarter) including Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
