LATINVESTCO S.A is an Independent investment banking boutique that specializes in investment banking activities, such as setting up mergers, acquisitions and privatizations of middle sized companies.• Lead and executed the financial valuation through the DCF method of a company from the airline industry (2008 Sales : USD 100 million, Assets: USD 50 Million). Additionally prepared the financial analysis of some strategic projects that the company wanted to implement and quantified the impact of these projects on the value of the company on its standalone basis.• Participated in the feasibility analysis for the downsizing of a company from the textile industry (2008 sales: USD 50 million, Assets USD 55 million). Following the analysis, also participated in the company´s short term debt restructuring with banks.• For the past 4 years I have also participated and in some cases led advisories in the followinf fields:- Valutaion of a funeral service company- Valuation of a University- Feasibility study for a microcredit startup in Colombia- Valutaion of 2 security service companies- Valutaion of an integrated logistics company- Several project finance advisories for a Palm Oil Producing company- Valutaion of a hotel in Cartagena, Colombia- Project finance advisory for an electronica payment company

Participated in Infosys’ Global Instep Program in which 80 students from universities from all over the worldgo to India to lead business and technical projects. During these 2 months I joined Infosys’ EnterpriseSolutions Unit where together with a multicultural team of people, helped to develop an algorithm forcalculating the capital requirements of a bank given a portfolio of assets. This project will serve as the baselinefor a future development of an IT solution for BASEL II compliance.
