• Book production involves customized tasks, in order to let each book develop as it needs to be. Work may comprise overseeing the material and ideas before writing, helping the author decide what the book is and is not, editing, proofing, registering, overseeing design and printing, making ebooks and organizing launch events.• Ghostwriting of about ten books. This involves coming up with structure and then understanding the author's ideas and translating them into a suitable voice.

• Rolling out of a novel data-based index for determining individual household aid needs, using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI and SPSS Statistics. Complex database involving remote data-gathering of numerous aspects of personal, home and environment data. Working out the kinks, both of the system in general and within each project. Applicant data analysis, including quality control. Development of data-gathering tools in order to reduce errors at the point of origin. Overhauling of the data processes, leading to appointment to a second program in order to do the same.• Automation of tools, bringing greater reliability in less work time, with care to keep them easy for other agents to use, and compatible with three or four different agencies. Taking great delight in bringing efficiency to government processes.
