I did the Master in Management Program at Ormit. The Master in management program is intended for young professional who have up to three years of professional experience in finance, engineering, logistics or organizational (consulting, HR, legal, IT) position.

The main objective of the project is to establish the connection contracts for all the grid users of ELIA by gathering and analysing all required information from different departments.

Description: The objectives where to map & review Processes, as: Mapping of the end-to end parcel process from a customer perspective: Document the logistics flow of the parcel and link this flow to the transactions in the various ICT applications; Document Review of the end-to-end process: Determine if all process steps have been defined; Identify possible scenarios from a customer, logistics perspective and determine if a process has been defined for each scenario; Develop recommendations for optimizing and finalizing the end-to-end process. Tasks and responsibilities: - Write Business Case for some new product of Taxipost - Testing and implementing of SIEBEL for the Dispatching office- Identify all the possible scenarios for the new Sorting System, - Follow the development, testing and implementing of the new sorting system - Write Service Orders for new products of Taxipost (Operational )- Organizing and planning of a Pilot
