Papernest helps manage daily contracts and subscriptions. I was part of the Product Customer Operation team, working on SalesForce as well as various other products used by call center agents.• Prioritized problem reports from stakeholders to manage the product roadmap.• Led discovery initiatives to enhance telecounselors' efficiency during customer calls.• Conducted interviews and analysis (SQL, Google Sheets) to develop new tools and features.• Collaborated with stakeholders to design and test prototypes, optimizing user experience.• Prepared tickets and documentation for seamless integration of new partner APIs and features.

Noé is an intensive and selective 4-week program to break into Product Management. As part of the Noé program, I worked for a month for Doctolib on a real roadmap problem: "How can we increase Practitioner satisfaction with our mobile app "• Product strategy and problem framing: Data (Excel, SQL,) on real 4 datasets, user research (interviews with 14 users)• Prioritized problems based on impact on chosen metrics, and tech cost• Prototyped and iterated on 3 solutions with the highest impact on the practitionner's mobile app NPS score (metric)• Covered specs, delivery processes and rollout strategy• Final presentation to Martin Boutges, Lead PM at Doctolib

Product management:•Worked on the creation of a retail space and a digital application to promote the company's sustainability initiatives and educate on product impacts.• Collaborated with a digital agency to develop an interactive application displayed on kiosks, Ipad and computers, and supervised information transmission throughout the whole mission. • Created a roadmap to ensure the application's development and functionality within a specific deadline.• Conducted weekly meetings to provide feedbacks on their progress and ensure maintained to the roadmap.Environmental score deployment:• Assisted on the global rollout of L'Oréal Group's environmental scoring system and 360° activation strategy across all channels. (2 new brands : L'Oréal Professional, Kiehl's and 1 new country: China) • Integrated the environmental score on e-retailers' websites by coordinating several markets and teams.

• Led a team of 12 members dedicated to enhancing campus social life through various events. • Supported team members in achieving their goals while managing budgets. Notably, we organized the Bal HEC, a major event at Fairmont the Montreux Palace, hosting 1,200 students with a 300,000 CHF budget.

Adactive specializes in digital solutions for public spaces, including 3D maps and innovative tools. • Participated in the development of the 3D orientation software solution for the new Terminal 4 of Changi Airport. • Designed the company's communication materials for an event in Hong Kong, and I also contributed to the development of their website.
