14x Tech is an IT Consultant located in Buenos Aires, the client I am working for is a provisional chamber from La Plata.The team and I had to support the system of the client, while we were developing their new work environment. The actual system of the client was mounted on .ASP, JavaScript, and SQL Server, while the new technology that we are working on uses Vue.js, Parse Server, and MongoDB.

Huntek is a Mexican startup that offers a Tinder-like match application, with the objective of connecting candidates with enterprises using an affinity algorithm between both.Together with the team, we had the task of developing the app from zero. We were divided into two groups of four developers, and I joined the Front End squad. Our first challenge was to design an application with the mobile-first approach, and it was a challenge for us because that wasn't something we saw in the bootcamp so we had to investigate it on the track. Worked using the Next.js framework, which I could notice numerous advantages in performance and optimization, We also used Tailwind CSS for styling the app and Redux to communicate with the API on which our coworkers were working.Notably, the devs team and the CEOs Valentina and Gloria worked together among all the internships, following the principles of the agile methodologies (SCRUM), having diary meetings to discuss our progress, problems, issues, and clear doubts, weekly meetings to evaluate the general progress and working on the feedback that both they and we apport to the project.

In 2021 I signed a temporary contract in the Coca-Cola Andina factory, which supplies Coca-Cola products to more than half of the Argentinian Republic. After an admission process, 14 coworkers and I were selected to work as internal operators in the warehouse sector of the plant.Every day an area supervisor formed groups of up to 8 coworkers and assigned us tasks with productivity objectives. These tasks ranged from ordering and cleaning our work area to driving lift trucks, supplying raw materials to the production lines, or mounting and charge product orders for supermarkets and small businesses.At the end of every season, the supervisors of all areas of the warehouse have a meeting and evaluate the individual performance of every operator following a rubric based on productivity, the relationship with coworkers/authorities, and some aspects about hygiene and security.
