Worked in Avianca´s in-house consulting division called Strategy and Business Development team. We were responsible for evaluating the key strategic projects and if deemed feasible, also implementing them. In this role, I was responsible for:• Evaluating the viability of having a Full Flight Simulator installed in Bogotá. As a result of this project, Avianca has built a world-renowned training center, which not only saves costs, but also serves as a revenue generating business unit for the company.• Defining ground operations in Ecuador, identifying where this process should be kept in house, and where is should be given to a third party. This methodology was also replicated for other countries.• Analyzed and recommended hoy to operate a travel agency which was a joint venture with a leading retail company in Colombia
